We decided to invest due to the high quality turn key package on offer. The townhouse had everything we needed to offer it to prospective tenants including blinds and landscaping. The price was excellent for the size and quality finishes on offer, as was the location.

I recently purchased a three bedroom townhouse at Lindum Reserve.

The three key features that attracted me to Lindum Reserve was the price, the generous size of the townhouses and the location of the development. 

The size of Lindum Reserve townhouses was bigger than most other properties I have seen and the design was good and modern, definitely above average.

Lindum Reserve initially appealed to me because it was a brand new development and was a smaller community. It was also within the local area I was interested in.

Compared to other projects, the price of Lindum Reserve was very good. I was happy with the local area and the design looks good according to the plans.

Our AR sales agent, Gilbert, has been good. We had a bit of an unusual situation during our purchasing process, but he handled the situation well. He doesn’t make us feel pressured.

This is also my first investment property and Gilbert was very pleasant to deal with. He was very obliging and very patient.

Thanks to our move to Aspect North at Brightwater, we now get to do things like walk along the beach at Kawana – only 5 minutes from our new home.

We really love it at Aspect North. We decided to downsize and move from another estate when our three children moved out of home to go to university.

Our home is very big compared to other townhouses on the market that we looked at.  We have four bedrooms, two car parks and large living spaces.  Being positioned facing north at the highest point of the estate, we enjoy seeing the ocean views.  The shops are conveniently close by, only 700m away is the brand new Aldi supermarket.

We take our border collie for walks around the park and it is very pleasant meeting the neighbours in the area.  We still have the privacy of our home as it is a duplex design, but are enjoying living in the area and meeting our neighbours.  We can’t wait for the lake opening and look forward to being able to go down to it and enjoy it on our walks.  We are very happy with our place.
