Referral Terms & Conditions

Referrers will receive $2,000 for each referral if the referred party purchases a AR Developments townhouse / product.  The referral must be registered with AR Developments prior to the referred customers’ purchase in order for a payment to be made.

The referred customer must not be an existing AR Developments customer and must not be on AR Developments database prior to referral.  The referred person / couple may only be referred once.

The referred person / couple must purchase within six (6) months of being referred to AR Developments for the referral to remain valid.  The offer is available subject to settlement of the referred party’s property, and the $2,000 will only be paid once settlement has occurred.

AR Developments reserves the right to review the referral process and discontinue the offer at any time.  This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
