Andrew has in excess of two decades of construction, project management and property development experience and was one of the founders of AR Developments over twenty-five years ago. As a Company Director, he is uniquely hands on. You’re just as likely to find him on one of our construction sites as behind a desk. It’s a management style that keeps the business firmly in touch – with the market, with our people, and with our customers.
Mick McMillan, CEO
Mick has been an integral part of AR for over 18 years and leads the business’ development capability with a hands-on approach, and a thorough understanding of town planning and the development process. Mick is qualified in IT and has a strong focus in enhancing systems and processes to increase efficiency. Mick executes the group’s vision and strategy as well as managing the Team.
