When investors look towards property as one of the assets that they may choose to hold in their portfolio, they are often confronted with a myriad of choices. The question is, how do you work out where to invest and what is the reasoning behind a good decision.
Martin Josselyn of Rule Three Property Performance outlines his tips for property selection that he says most of his investor clients have found invaluable over the last 15 years.
“Most people have no idea where to invest and often don’t use a lot of logic in their choices”, Mr Josselyn says. “It’s also my experience that people are often led into property markets around the country that all sound good now…but the real question is, do those choices have potential for the future?”
“A lot of my clients talk to me about the different options and secrets to selection and I say there are no secrets just good sound logic for long term investors….and that’s why I’ve developed our Three Rules which most people can understand and see the logic upon which I have built these rules”.
