Independent residential market analyst, Michael Matusik, has given Aspect North his tick of approval.
Michael Matusik, who has over 25 years of experience in the residential property market with over 550 new residential projects nationwide, is an expert on what does and doesn’t work when it comes to new apartment and townhouse developments.
In his report, Matusik has outlined his seven reasons why Aspect North has been named a Highly Rated Matusik Property Pick, and why investors should consider Aspect North a good long-term investment property.
His report covers the following key points – the location and design of the Aspect North town homes, the demographic growth and the economic status of the Kawana area over the next 5 years, the demand for residential townhouse properties in the Sunshine Coast, the rise in the residential property market, and, of course, value for money.
